1. Support the Fashion Director and boutique directors in purchasing decisions for Costume Jewelry and Other Accessories.
2. Prepare Open To Buy plans considering historical performance, budget forecasts, and strategic goals.
3. Conduct pre-buy and post-buy analysis to inform strategic decisions.
4. Recommend product assortments for each collection, aligning with the Creative vision and European strategy.
5. Develop the Core Assortment for boutiques, focusing on key themes and high-volume drivers.
6. Ensure balanced assortments that address image, business, and long-term strategic objectives.
7. Monitor collection performance and propose initiatives to optimize results and manage stocks.
8. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Style Expertise, Training, and Marketing teams to enhance collection energy.
9. Manage in-season and market preparation reporting, including sales, inventory, and delivery analysis.
10. Conduct deep dive and ad hoc business analyses to influence future strategies.
11. Present regular performance reviews and end-of-season analyses to Global teams.
12. Prepare and lead various committees to share insights on the category.
13. Maintain expertise in European boutique landscapes and market trends.
14. Engage with boutique teams to deliver strategic vision and gather feedback.
15. Build relationships with local merchandisers through business discussions and performance feedback.

1. Proven experience in product merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of European fashion markets and trends.
3. Experience in strategic planning and analysis.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is advantageous.
2. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong written, verbal, and public speaking abilities.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Aesthetic sensibility and passion for fashion products.

Candidates should possess substantial experience in product merchandising within the luxury fashion sector, with a focus on European markets.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
