1. Define and execute the Finance IT domain strategy in alignment with global and business objectives.
2. Collaborate with business teams, internal IT, and external partners to optimize organizational structure and drive innovation.
3. Lead the transformation of Finance systems, supporting the migration to global platforms and regional adaptation.
4. Oversee the portfolio of Finance technology initiatives, including regional Finance ERPs, budgeting, forecasting, and integrations with Retail, E-Commerce, and Warehouse Management Systems.
5. Ensure robust end-to-end governance for all Finance systems, measuring effective delivery and service quality.
6. Prepare and manage the Finance IT domain budget and roadmap.
7. Support delivery of global and regional Finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
8. Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across Finance system users.
9. Negotiate and manage contracts/SOWs with external partners, in collaboration with Legal and Procurement.
10. Manage and grow a diverse team of internal and external IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
11. Lead periodic Run/Support and RollOut SteerCos with suppliers, IT, and business stakeholders.
12. Contribute to global and regional governance forums.

1. 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance IT, with deep functional knowledge of Finance and general Operations.
2. Proven track record in ERP support and evolution, project management, and multicultural environments.
3. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

2. Solid understanding of Finance solutions, production systems, and business process modeling.
3. Knowledge of legal and contract management in IT.
