1. Ensure the quality of ESG reporting, performance analysis, and ESG trajectories.
2. Lead ESG reporting campaigns and ensure data quality, precision, and auditability.
3. Collaborate with the Models and Methods department to adapt reporting indicators and methods.
4. Prioritize and validate impact factors.
5. Coordinate audit campaigns with internal auditors.
6. Develop ESG forecasting models and performance dashboards.
7. Support finance teams on sustainable performance issues.
8. Define and manage enhanced value propositions for transformation actions.
9. Contribute to ESG strategy development for projects, including real estate.
10. Facilitate team development and expertise in new ESG roles.
11. Coordinate and prepare impactful presentations for top management.
12. Support operational teams in identifying improvement areas.
13. Engage in ad hoc ESG reporting and data requests.
14. Lead ESG/Sustainability committees in collaboration with relevant teams.
15. Ensure strong adoption of new IT tools for data reporting and analysis.
16. Participate in continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.

1. Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Approximately 15 years of professional experience, with significant time in finance and initial managerial experience.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Understanding of ESG regulatory standards and developments.
7. Knowledge of luxury and fashion industry (preferred).
8. Proficiency in English and Italian.

Approximately 15 years of professional experience, with significant time in finance and initial managerial experience.

Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
