1. Chair the Regional Architectural Design Authority to provide thought leadership and analysis for enterprise architecture development.
2. Design and lead the adoption of Enterprise Architecture across business applications and technologies.
3. Manage and develop architecture for a broad scope of projects, collaborating with application development, project, and service teams.
4. Understand and apply technology trends to enable new business and operating models.
5. Represent the region globally in Integrations and Omnichannel Architecture Communities.
6. Define principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns for UK & Canada, ensuring alignment with future-state architecture vision.
7. Own the Reference Architecture for the UK and Canada, managing standards and build patterns.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT functions to develop automated and integrated solutions.
9. Balance technical, commercial, and practical considerations in decision-making.
10. Demonstrate organizational capability through a capability matrix.

1. TOGAF Certification
2. Experience developing Enterprise Architecture
3. Proven ability to build relationships with and manage key stakeholders
4. Track record of advising Senior Business Management
5. Proven advanced capability to work at a senior business level

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
3. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
4. Business acumen
5. Experience in BDAT domains
6. Auditing compliance against EA standards

Significant experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong understanding of business drivers and required capabilities.

Relevant Management Frameworks and certifications are advantageous.
