1. Chair the Regional Architectural Design Authority
2. Provide thought leadership, analysis, and design for enterprise architecture
3. Create templated processes for managing the organization's portfolio
4. Design and lead the adoption of Enterprise Architecture across business applications and technologies
5. Manage and develop architecture for a broad scope of projects
6. Understand technology trends and apply them to business models
7. Represent the region at a global level in Integrations and Omnichannel Architecture Communities
8. Define principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns for UK & Canada
9. Own the Reference Architecture for the UK and Canada
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT functions
11. Balance technicality with commerciality and practicality in decision-making
12. Demonstrate understanding of the long-term lifecycle of products

1. TOGAF Certified
2. Experience developing an Enterprise Architecture
3. Auditing compliance against EA standards
4. Proven ability to build relationships with and manage key stakeholders
5. Track record of advising Senior Business Management

2. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
3. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
4. Business acumen
5. Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives

Proven advanced capability to work credibly at a senior business level, with experience in BDAT domains. Advantageous experience with LeanIX, MEGA, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Azure, AWS, APIM, Kafka.

ITIL or Project Management Certification, Azure Certifications
