The Internal Communication Department in France plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement across all divisions of the Maison.

1. Support the creation and dissemination of content for the global intranet.
2. Contribute to the editorial line of the internal communication platform with content related to Chanel's brand, enterprise, and employer news.
3. Participate in the design of a weekly newsletter for all employees in France.
4. Enhance employee pride and engagement through the creation of inspiring editorial content.
5. Collaborate with an international community of internal communication experts to extend content reach beyond borders.
6. Conduct rigorous analytical follow-up to measure the impact of departmental creations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication or Journalism.
2. Previous professional experience in communication is preferred.

1. Proficiency in various writing and presentation techniques, including journalistic and web writing.
2. Attention to detail and a flair for language.
3. Rigorous, agile, organized, and diplomatic.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

Previous professional experience in communication is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication or Journalism.
