Chanel E-Retail Manager

- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to accelerate sales growth on existing e-retailer platforms and identify new opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with e-retailer Managing Directors to obtain analytics and customer data.
- Cultivate a winning mindset across departments such as Marketing, E-logistics, and Customer Service.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assets.
- Plan and monitor the budget for e-retailer activities and manage the Profit & Loss statement.
- Understand external touchpoints and the customer journey to enhance business figures and customer data acquisition.
- Plan e-retailers' budgets and sales by product category on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Roll out campaigns, analyze results, and report findings.
- Manage products, inventory, assets, and content within e-retailers.
- Forecast monthly and yearly sample and package material requirements for e-retailers.
- Plan, execute, and analyze on-site advertising, setting optimal budgets to meet commercial targets while maintaining brand equity.
- Work closely with e-retailer MDs to set and achieve business targets through strong negotiation skills.
- Lead studies and launches of new features related to digital experiences to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage e-retailer customer acquisition programs and explore new opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor competitors' activities and analyze market trends.
- Communicate with global teams regarding campaign and content plans.
- University graduate or equivalent
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Leadership abilities in a competitive, fast-evolving environment
- Digital mindset with an understanding of online customer behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Online Merchandising, CRM, E-Retail, or E-Commerce within the luxury, beauty, or online platform sectors. Hands-on experience in digital marketing and collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is essential. Experience in the travel retail market is preferred.
University graduate or equivalent
