Chanel E-commerce Project Manager

- Define the e-retail roadmap for Chanel.com and prioritize projects based on strategic importance and ROI.
- Supervise digital activations and brand spaces across 10 e-retail sites and Chanel.com.
- Ensure coherence of experiential initiatives such as Gift Finder and Virtual Try-On.
- Represent the e-retail division in internal committees and liaise with European and divisional teams.
- Lead annual negotiations with e-retail partners, covering contracts, campaigns, and activations.
- Prepare and conduct biannual reviews with each distributor.
- Strengthen relationships with partners and monitor performance.
- Manage site redesigns and key developments, including e-concession projects and new openings.
- Oversee the enhancement of product content, including descriptions, visuals, and videos.
- Monitor the launch and improvement of the CHANEL Touch Beauty application.
- Consolidate e-retail and Chanel.com performance results for France and Europe, producing monthly and biannual reports.
- Conduct advanced analyses on pricing, promotions, and competition.
- Manage and optimize forecasts.
- Supervise, train, and support the e-commerce project coordinator and intern.
- Ensure task allocation and skill development.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in e-retail, trade marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
- Strong project management skills for complex projects, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, priority management, and leadership abilities.
- First managerial experience.
