3. Make strategic decisions regarding priorities, scope, and timelines.

5. Structure high-stakes e-commerce projects and manage cross-team dependencies.
6. Enhance processes and operational methods.
7. Resolve priority and resource conflicts.
8. Analyze results to identify trends and propose adjustments.
9. Develop the strategic posture and decision-making capacity of the team.
10. Prepare and present internal communications to management.
11. Support the team in daily operations.
12. Participate in the structuring and presentation of management deliverables.

1. Degree in Business or equivalent.
2. 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, performance, CRO, or product.
3. Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
4. Proven experience in successful team management and collaborative leadership.
5. Fluency in English.
