Chanel E-commerce Assistant

1. Pick and pack daily e-commerce orders following established procedures and wrapping guidelines.
2. Manage all daily orders within the e-commerce system.
3. Coordinate daily parcel pick-up with couriers.
4. Process and manage daily e-commerce returns according to procedure.
5. Monitor wrapping items and stock levels, reporting to the Operations Team for replenishment.
6. Track monthly samples and report to the Operations Team.
7. Maintain a tidy and organized e-commerce area, including the packing station.
8. Assist in back office, e-commerce, and retail operations as needed.
9. Share best practices with e-commerce colleagues.
10. Propose improvements to the e-commerce team.

1. Fluency in Swedish and English.

1. Experience in e-commerce and/or retail.
2. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
3. Self-driven, positive, and independent.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with various functions and teams.
5. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
6. Approachable, proactive, detail-oriented, and structured.
7. Passion for the luxury and fragrance & beauty industry.
8. Trustworthy with high integrity and ethics.

Experience in e-commerce or retail is required.
