1. Pick and pack daily e-commerce orders according to procedures and wrapping guidelines.
2. Manage all daily orders in the e-commerce system.
3. Follow up on daily parcel pick-up by courier.
4. Receive and handle daily e-commerce returns according to procedure.
5. Manage all e-commerce returns in the e-commerce system.
6. Follow up on wrapping items and report to the Retail Coordinator for replenishment.
7. Follow up on monthly samples and report to the Retail Coordinator.
8. Maintain a clean and structured organization of the back office and e-commerce area.
9. Assist in other back office, e-commerce, and retail operations as needed.
10. Share best practices with other markets.
11. Propose improvements to the e-commerce team.
