Chanel E-Commerce Assistant

1. Pick and pack daily e-commerce orders in accordance with established procedures and wrapping guidelines.
2. Manage all daily orders within the e-commerce system.
3. Coordinate daily parcel pickups with courier services.
4. Process and handle daily e-commerce returns following company procedures.
5. Maintain accurate records of e-commerce returns in the system.
6. Monitor wrapping supplies and report replenishment needs to the Retail Coordinator.
7. Track monthly sample inventory and report to the Retail Coordinator.
8. Ensure the e-commerce area and packing station are organized and tidy.
9. Support other back office, e-commerce, and retail operations as needed.
10. Share best practices with other markets and propose improvements to the e-commerce team.
11. Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for the company.
12. Perform various administrative office tasks and maintain an organized back office.
13. Assist in organizing small-scale office events.

1. University student status.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.
3. Experience in e-commerce and/or retail environments.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
3. Self-driven and independent with a positive attitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with various business functions.
5. Approachable, proactive, detail-oriented, and structured.
6. Passion for the luxury and fragrance & beauty industry.
7. Trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics.

Experience in a similar e-commerce or retail role is preferred. Experience in organizing small-scale office events is a plus.

Currently enrolled in a university program.
