1. Assist the Creative Operations team within the Artistic Direction with various projects.
2. Develop e-learning modules for the Artistic Direction's tools.
3. Format content and create, test, and follow up on modules within the e-learning application.
4. Update and manage documentation on the team's SharePoint site, including document classification and interface creation.
5. Support the deployment of a project management tool within the Artistic Direction.
6. Create educational presentations and draft training documents and support materials.
7. Occasionally index multimedia assets for integration into a Digital Asset Management tool.

1. Higher education degree in documentation or a related field.

1. Proficiency in IT and documentary languages, as well as content management.
2. Strong knowledge and practical experience with SharePoint, including back office and interfaces.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Artistic sensitivity and curiosity are advantageous.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Experience in documentation management and content management systems is required.

Higher education degree in documentation or a related field.
