- Build strategic talent pipelines across Chanel, Inc.
- Manage recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and manage candidate pools for critical business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and strategic sourcing partners.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and assess performance.
- Track recruitment metrics and establish KPIs.
- Manage recruitment technology and process optimization.
- Handle recruitment queues for corporate and retail positions.
- Manage recruitment budget and forecast exercises.
- Lead compliance and legal processes related to recruitment.
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strategic and data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume recruitment at a large organization.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000-$160,000. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
