Chanel Director of Strategic Talent Pipeline and Operations

- Develop and manage strategic talent pipelines across Chanel, Inc. to address critical business needs.
- Oversee recruitment processes, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain candidate pools using Workday, optimizing recruiter networks to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality.
- Cultivate professional relationships with recruitment agencies and diversity and inclusion partners, negotiating vendor agreements and assessing performance.
- Establish and monitor recruitment performance metrics and KPIs, collaborating with recruitment leaders to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Manage recruitment technology portfolios, ensuring effective tool usage and process optimization.
- Handle recruitment queues for corporate and retail positions, collaborating with Recruitment Directors to manage team volume.
- Optimize recruitment budget management, including forecasting exercises with FP&A partners.
- Lead compliance and legal education projects related to recruitment, partnering with legal and P&O operations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment at a large organization.
- Strong strategic and data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
- Creative problem-solving and agile thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the retail sector, with a focus on high-volume recruitment in large organizations.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000-$160,000, with potential for additional variable pay, including bonuses.
