1. Build strategic talent pipelines across Chanel, Inc.
2. Manage recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.
3. Develop and manage candidate pools for critical business needs.
4. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and strategic sourcing partners.
5. Negotiate vendor agreements and assess performance.
6. Track recruitment metrics and establish KPIs.
7. Manage recruitment technology and process optimization.
8. Handle recruitment queues for corporate and retail positions.
9. Manage recruitment budget and forecast exercises.
10. Lead compliance and legal processes related to recruitment.

1. Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume recruitment at a large organization.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000-$160,000. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
