1. Align and implement the strategic roadmap for the CFO Europe & Corporate, ensuring coherence with the Group's ambitions and collaboration with Global Finance based in London.
2. Organize, lead, and monitor governance structures within Finance Europe & Corporate, ensuring prioritization and efficiency in decision-making processes.
3. Prepare strategic materials, including presentations and key messages, for the CFO's internal and external engagements.
4. Coordinate and track major finance projects, ensuring team alignment and adherence to set priorities.
5. Support the CFO Europe & Corporate in transforming the entity and its support functions, acting as a key liaison and ensuring high-level collaboration.

1. Advanced degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Business, Strategy, Finance, or Management.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, governance, project leadership, or executive support roles, preferably in international and matrixed environments.

1. Strong project management and team coordination abilities.
2. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills with attention to detail.
3. Proven influence, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
4. Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of 10 years in strategic, governance, or project leadership roles, ideally within international and matrixed settings.

Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or Management.
