1. Lead the transformation of key financial processes to enhance quality, speed, and reliability of financial information.
2. Oversee the HERO project (D365 deployment) across European markets to modernize financial information systems.
3. Drive the transformation of the Finance Shared Services Center to ensure a sustainable and efficient operational model.
4. Utilize automation, robotics, and AI to enhance the performance and innovation within the Finance function.
5. Strengthen collaboration with IT teams, Global Finance in London, Corporate Finance functions, and other strategic stakeholders.

1. Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Finance, Management, or Digital Transformation.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance transformation and managing complex projects in international and matrix environments.
3. Proven expertise in financial process optimization, performance management, and financial reporting.
4. Significant experience in transforming Finance Shared Services Centers with a focus on operational excellence.

2. Expertise in managing multidisciplinary and international teams.
3. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
4. Strong project management skills with a focus on digital and automation initiatives.

A minimum of 15 years in finance transformation, complex project management, and change management within international and matrix environments.

Master's degree in Finance, Management, or Digital Transformation.
