1. Oversee the Shared Services Center for Accounting, covering approximately 40 French entities and three major divisions: Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
2. Act as the primary accounting reference and trusted contact for Chanel SAS, ensuring the reliability and compliance of general, client, supplier, and asset accounts with French and IFRS standards.
3. Supervise financial closings, audits, and reporting, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
4. Coordinate and advise the network of European accounting managers, ensuring consistency and harmonization of practices across markets.
5. Lead and develop a team of 60 to 70 diverse professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
6. Drive the transformation and digitalization of accounting processes, collaborating with IT and other departments to implement continuous improvements.
7. Ensure legal, tax, and regulatory compliance, managing risk prevention related to accounting standards and practices.

1. Advanced degree (Master's level) in Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in a complex financial environment, ideally within a corporate or consultancy setting.
3. Proven expertise in French and IFRS accounting standards.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams in international contexts.

A minimum of 15 years in a complex financial environment, with significant experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams internationally.

Master's degree in Finance or related field.
