1. Design, structure, and publish digital training modules using content provided by various business teams.
2. Independently manage the e-learning platform, ideally Rise (Articulate) or similar.
3. Oversee the project lifecycle from inception to deployment, including collaboration with business teams and creation of handover guides.
4. Develop and distribute an internal newsletter via Salesforce to highlight training initiatives.
5. Create communication materials to support the launch and adoption of the training tool.
6. Organize and manage meetings for the Sustainability & Social Commitment communities within the Artistic Direction, including follow-up and reporting.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources, Communication, Training Engineering, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in e-learning tools, preferably Rise/Articulate.
2. Experience with newsletter creation tools such as Salesforce.
3. Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Autonomy and initiative with the ability to drive projects forward.
5. Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) topics is a plus.

Previous experience in digital training tool deployment or internal communication projects, such as internships or academic projects.

Master's degree in progress in Human Resources, Communication, Training Engineering, or equivalent.
