1. Design and develop innovative digital and CRM solutions with a focus on integrating CRM systems with LINE.
2. Ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems, prioritizing performance, reliability, and security.
3. Collaborate with Tech, Digital Solutions, Business, and Regional Tech teams to design end-to-end solutions.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including technical specifications and data models.
5. Conduct thorough testing, including End-to-End SIT, performance, and security testing.
6. Work with the regional Enterprise Architect to define and align architecture principles for digital solutions.
7. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
8. Conduct regular system health checks and implement necessary technical changes to maintain system reliability.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of software implementation experience, including 3+ years with CRM/Salesforce/LINE technologies.

1. Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
2. Experience with modern frameworks and architecture design.
3. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with client-facing platforms like LINE.
5. Bilingual in Thai and English.

A minimum of 5 years in software implementation, with at least 3 years focused on CRM/Salesforce/LINE technologies and system analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
