1. Guide the development team through the software lifecycle, providing technical direction, mentoring, and establishing best practices.

1. Proven experience as a senior developer, technical lead, solution architect, or similar hybrid role.
2. Strong proficiency in mobile technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java.
3. Proficiency in backend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Java.
4. Experience with frameworks such as Flutter, Fastlane, NodeJS, Spring, React, Angular.
5. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and technologies, including Azure and Kubernetes.
6. Experience with software architecture, system integration, and design patterns.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead technical teams.
9. Proficiency in architectural modeling and technical documentation.
10. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
11. Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery.
