- Coordinate the annual digital roadmap exercise and its quarterly management.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual roadmap exercise, ensuring the collection and consolidation of business needs from the Fashion division and regions.
- Facilitate the quarterly review of priorities with digital experts and ensure corporate team alignment on Chanel.com platform needs.
- Relay information to digital project managers and provide visibility on the roadmap to partner teams.
- Participate in the quarterly monitoring of key digital platform deliveries.
- Animate digital governance with global and regional partner teams.
- Prepare regular meetings with Fashion division and regional teams, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up.
- Participate in meetings organized by other teams to convey Fashion division messages and relay information.
- Update the digital project management tool based on various exchanges.
- Respond to ad hoc needs, including facilitating exchanges and project framing.
- Educational background in management, marketing, or communication.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Ability to adapt to various stakeholders and complex environments.
- Understanding of strategic issues and strong sensitivity to digital, client, product, retail, and luxury fashion sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
No specific experience required, but a strong understanding of digital and luxury fashion sectors is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or communication preferred.
