Chanel Digital Program Manager

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital client experiences across online and mobile platforms, including Chanel.com and the global client mobile app.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
- Manage external delivery partners to ensure successful digital solutions.
- Oversee post-launch operations of digital products in collaboration with Run Managers and support teams.
- Lead a delivery governance framework with key stakeholders at Division, Corporate, and Regional levels.
- Organize and lead steering committees and portfolio reviews to align on scope, planning, and budget decisions.
- Proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and change across the program portfolio.
- Ensure proper monitoring of portfolio KPIs, promoting continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Lead and support a team of Delivery Project Managers and Run Managers, fostering development and autonomy.
- Build and monitor program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.
- Lead the preparation of business cases to support investment decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
- 8–10 years of experience in consulting and in-house roles.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering digital client programs in a complex, international environment.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions and technologies, with awareness of regional specificities.
- Hands-on experience with various delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing on-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Effective communication with both Business and Tech teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with budgeting and value measurement expertise.
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
8–10 years of experience in consulting and in-house roles, with a proven track record in leading and delivering digital client programs in a complex, international environment.
Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
