- Coordinate the operational rollout and release management for client-facing and clienteling applications across Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand markets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between global and regional development teams and market divisions.
- Oversee testing activities with quality assurance and market teams to ensure robust deployment.
- Maintain rollout trackers, manage risks, and ensure go-live readiness, proactively resolving any blockers.
- Collaborate with support teams to address escalations and resolve user issues efficiently.
- Define and propose metrics to track the success of digital products and features, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.
- Review performance data regularly and report findings to stakeholders, translating insights into recommendations for improvements.
- Recommend enhancements to existing products based on data and insights, ensuring commercial and platform benefits.
- Support new digital product initiatives by collaborating with digital business partners and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
- Gather and articulate regional requirements, collaborating with local stakeholders to identify unique needs and opportunities for localization.
- Facilitate alignment between regional teams and delivery teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and readiness criteria.
- Assist in market preparation for launches, including user acceptance testing and change management.
- Experience in digital product operations or project management within retail, consumer, luxury, or e-commerce environments.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Product and technical literacy, particularly in CRM, clienteling, and e-commerce systems.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with web and app analytics tools such as GA4, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to define metrics for product success and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Proven experience in coordinating multi-market rollouts in complex digital environments, managing user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and post-launch reviews.
