Chanel Digital Product Operations & Performance Assistant Manager

- Own operational delivery for digital product initiatives across the SEAA region, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely releases and smooth go‑lives.
- Establish and monitor digital performance KPIs (conversion, AOV, retention, funnel metrics), producing actionable reporting and executive dashboards to drive commercial decisions.
- Lead tagging governance, QA and data integrity processes to ensure accurate analytics, attribution and measurement across web and mobile channels.
- Design and execute experimentation and CRO programmes (A/B testing roadmap, hypothesis prioritisation, results synthesis) to optimise customer journeys.
- Manage vendor and platform relationships (analytics, experimentation, tag management, CDP), ensuring SLAs and technical delivery align with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into product backlog items, prioritise enhancements, and work with engineering and UX to refine acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with regional retail, marketing and CRM teams to align digital product roadmaps with commercial campaigns and local market needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes (release cadence, incident management, post‑launch reviews) and coach local teams on best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable experience owning digital product operations or performance functions within e‑commerce or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to translate analytics into commercial recommendations and to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics governance, data privacy requirements and tagging best practices in a multi‑market environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, project leadership and vendor oversight capabilities; readiness to travel within the SEAA footprint.

Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in digital product operations, e‑commerce performance, or digital analytics roles, with prior exposure to regional project coordination and stakeholder management across Southeast Asia and Australasia.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
