1. Support strategic digital transformation projects within the Horlogerie-Joaillerie division.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop digital solutions enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
3. Participate in business needs analysis and requirements gathering through workshops and use case formalization.
4. Contribute to the design of digital solutions, including user journey definitions and project deliverables preparation.
5. Assist in operational management, including schedule updates, status tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
6. Draft test plans, participate in testing phases, and support user training and onboarding.
7. Engage in continuous improvement and evolutionary maintenance of existing solutions.

1. Final-year student in a business or engineering school (Bac+4/5 equivalent).
2. Previous experience in digital project management, preferably in luxury, retail, or consulting sectors.

1. Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe.
2. Strong command of Office 365 tools.
3. Autonomous, rigorous, with excellent analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
4. Curiosity and motivation in innovative environments.
5. Sensitivity to customer experience challenges.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Previous experience in digital project management, ideally within luxury, retail, or consulting sectors.

Final-year student in business or engineering school (Bac+4/5 equivalent).
