- Support strategic digital transformation projects within the Horlogerie-Joaillerie division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop digital solutions enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in business needs analysis and requirements gathering through workshops and use case formalization.
- Contribute to the design of digital solutions, including user journey definitions and project deliverables preparation.
- Assist in operational management, including schedule updates, status tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Draft test plans, participate in testing phases, and support user training and onboarding.
- Engage in continuous improvement and evolutionary maintenance of existing solutions.
- Final-year student in a business or engineering school (Bac+4/5 equivalent).
- Previous experience in digital project management, preferably in luxury, retail, or consulting sectors.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe.
- Strong command of Office 365 tools.
- Autonomous, rigorous, with excellent analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Curiosity and motivation in innovative environments.
- Sensitivity to customer experience challenges.
- Fluent in written and spoken English for international collaboration.
Previous experience in digital project management, ideally within luxury, retail, or consulting sectors.
Final-year student in business or engineering school (Bac+4/5 equivalent).
Internship with exposure to strategic digital projects in a prestigious luxury brand, fostering professional growth and industry insights.
