2. Identify and map emerging digital and technological trends such as AI, diagnostics, and new devices.
3. Spot potential high-impact startups, solutions, and partners for innovation projects.
4. Maintain and structure the team's scouting and monitoring database.
5. Prepare analyses and recommendations for ad hoc presentations.
6. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and webinars to enhance the ecosystem.
7. Assist in structuring pilot projects and experiments with external partners.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, engineering, or university with a specialization in innovation, strategy, digital, or entrepreneurship.

2. Proficiency in analysis, synthesis, and writing.
3. Good understanding of the beauty and luxury sectors.
4. Autonomy, initiative, and ability to navigate an agile environment.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
