- Collaborate with the Marketing team to consolidate CRM and social campaign asset requests and submit detailed briefs.
- Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail teams to develop and maintain LINE post and EDM content files.
- Work closely with Regional and cross-functional teams to prepare communication test previews for LINE and EDM.
- Partner with vendors, Marketing, and Retail teams to execute third-party outreach initiatives ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support the execution of loyalty programs and coordinate with vendors and Retail teams to source VIC gifts.
- Monitor client appointment schedules and oversee timely gift delivery logistics with vendors.
- Assist in preparing and delivering monthly CRM and LINE performance reports.
- Provide support in tracking and executing CRM incentive programs and managing CRM and digital campaign purchase orders.
- Construct web pages content including assets, copies, and product grids according to brand.com campaign merchandising plan.
- Manage display product assortment and sequence by request or campaign/business strategy.
- Conduct function and user flow checks after regular system deployment and daily website sanity checks.
- Raise and follow up on issue tickets to ensure all are resolved with proper solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proven experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
