Chanel Digital & Client Engagement Intern

- Support the local digital and client engagement agenda: assist in the planning, execution and follow-up of digital campaigns and CRM activations tailored to the Geneva market.
- Draft and localise digital content and communications in French and German for emails, newsletters, website copy and social channels.
- Assist with clienteling activities: update client records, segment audiences, prepare targeted outreach and support VIP communications.
- Monitor and report on campaign and social performance using analytics; prepare succinct performance summaries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with retail, marketing and visual teams to support in-store events, product launches and client invitations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to campaign deployment, asset management and quality control to ensure brand consistency.
- Full professional proficiency in French and German (bilingual) — oral and written.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related discipline.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to craft client-centred messages in both languages.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of brand and visual standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Internship-level role: currently enrolled student or recent graduate with prior internship(s) in digital marketing, CRM, retail or client services preferred. Practical exposure to campaign execution and client communications is advantageous.
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
