1. Conduct analyses of digital platform user journeys on CHANEL.com and the CHANEL application, particularly during collection launches.
2. Collaborate with internal teams such as Digital, Communication, Products, and Clients, as well as external service providers and agencies.
3. Translate business briefs into analytical needs and provide insights and recommendations.
4. Prepare and present comprehensive summary reports to various departments.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a prestigious business or communication school.
2. Previous experience in digital project management and analytics is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Good command of English.

Previous experience in analyzing digital platform user journeys is a plus.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Communication.
