3. Adapt management and communication styles to maximize team performance, acting as mentor, coach, or counselor as needed.
4. Set and maintain high standards of customer service, motivating the team to achieve these through client feedback and adherence to guidelines.
5. Address daily operational issues promptly, seeking guidance from the Head of Boutique when necessary.
6. Ensure accurate completion of daily sales and paperwork.
7. Uphold Chanel's brand image as a Brand Ambassador through professional grooming and etiquette.
8. Promote teamwork and collaboration, embodying Chanel's values.

1. Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Thorough knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and customer service.
