1. More than 3 years of experience in store operations and team management.
2. Experience in supervising a large team within the luxury fashion sector is advantageous.

3. Ability to set and maintain challenging yet achievable goals.

Over 3 years of experience in store operations and team management, preferably in a luxury fashion environment.
