- Lead the planning and coordination of deliveries from all manufacturers for various collections.
- Develop and implement manufacturer strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure manufacturers' compliance with Chanel's standards and onboard new partners as necessary.
- Manage short, medium, and long-term delivery planning, aligning with collection, annual, and three-year plans.
- Optimize capacity planning and volume distribution among manufacturers to meet cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
- Maximize in-store impact at collection launches through strategic volume and product mix management.
- Coordinate the entire value chain of Leather Goods Operations to achieve precise delivery objectives.
- Continuously improve organizational processes and information systems to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs to effectively manage activities.
- Lead and develop a team of six individuals.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in production planning and management within an industrial environment.
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers/suppliers, preferably on-site.
- Proficiency in French and Italian.
- Strong relational and analytical skills.
- Diplomacy, rigor, and pragmatism.
- Problem-solving mindset with agility and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to take a strategic perspective and drive process transformation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
A minimum of 10-12 years in production planning and management in an industrial setting is required.
