1. Design high-performance data pipelines and model star schemas for DataOps automation.
2. Transform business requirements into Power BI dashboards and certify datasets to enhance user experience.
3. Prototype and industrialize predictive and generative models within a machine learning framework.
4. Establish cataloging, security, and GDPR compliance policies while addressing technical debt.
5. Ensure service level agreements are met, manage incidents and problems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Develop data literacy programs, engage user communities, and measure impact and usage.

1. Passion for data modeling, SQL/PySpark, and DataOps.
2. Expertise in BI/UX data with a strong grasp of tabular models and visual storytelling.
3. Ability to transition data science prototypes to production in an MLOps environment.
4. Proficiency in both business and IT as a project manager or data product owner.
5. Value-driven governance and quality specialist with attention to detail and pedagogy.
6. Service delivery leader familiar with ITIL principles in a data context.

Experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data science, or data governance roles is required.
