1. Compile and structure data from internal and external evaluations (data management).
2. Conduct descriptive analyses to identify trends and influential factors.
3. Define quantitative indicators to objectively measure formula performance.
4. Develop advanced analytical models (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI) to explore relationships between formula characteristics and observed outcomes.
5. Design an interactive web application (Shiny, Streamlit, etc.) to facilitate access to results based on various input criteria, if necessary.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Statistics.

1. Proficient in data analysis and software such as R and Python.
2. Autonomous and resourceful.
3. Open-minded and eager to join an applied research laboratory in cosmetics.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong foundation in data analysis is essential.

Master's degree in Applied Statistics (in progress).
