- Develop and implement a master data management strategy to ensure a single source of truth for stone data.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to structure stone data repositories.
- Define and maintain data management rules, standards, and models to ensure data uniqueness, consistency, and sustainability.
- Map and document end-to-end processes for stone data creation, updating, and consumption.
- Establish and maintain RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities in data entry.
- Lead and sustain stone data governance by engaging key stakeholders across departments.
- Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of Data Committees within the Watches and Fine Jewelry Division.
- Define and oversee the complete lifecycle of stone reference data in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Implement and monitor data quality indicators, automating proactive quality controls and regular audits.
- Coordinate anomaly correction plans with operational teams.
- Ensure product nomenclature and reference harmonization across all information systems.
- Participate in information system evolution projects impacting stone data, ensuring alignment with functional needs.
- Train and support key users and operational teams on data management tools and best practices.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and reference documentation.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 in Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Manager, preferably in an industrial or luxury/jewelry environment.
- Expertise in data governance principles, modeling, and master data management tools.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, PLM tools, and BI solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication, both written and verbal.
- Pedagogical ability to educate and train users on data issues.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Interest in jewelry, stones, and the luxury industry.
- Team collaboration.
Minimum of 5 years as a Data Manager, ideally within an industrial or luxury/jewelry setting.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 in Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
