Chanel Data & Reporting Lead

Chanel is currently undergoing a transformative phase, marked by the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP across nine markets under the HERO Programme. This initiative underscores Chanel's commitment to innovation and excellence.

1. Lead the data migration activities and drive data cleansing efforts.
2. Define and gather business reporting requirements.
3. Oversee the design and delivery of reporting solutions for D365.
4. Develop and manage the workstream project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
5. Monitor progress and manage risks and dependencies proactively.
6. Coordinate with other workstream leads to ensure alignment and execution under the ERP programme.
7. Collaborate with the Global HERO Data Team to execute the data strategy for ASIA.
8. Drive workshops to understand and elicit business requirements from Process Leads, SMEs, and Data Owners.
9. Lead the data migration stream, including ETL activities in coordination with TECH.
10. Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
11. Implement validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure data accuracy.
12. Drive the requirements collection for operational and analytical reporting needs.
13. Oversee the design, build, and testing of reports to meet business needs.
14. Support SIT and UAT phases to ensure robust and user-validated reporting solutions.
15. Serve as the primary point of contact for all data and reporting matters.
16. Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
17. Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on progress and key milestones.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Microsoft D365 Certifications are advantageous.

1. Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills.
2. Ability to analyze and consolidate diverse ideas and opinions.
3. Experience working with global and remote teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
4. Strong presentation and communication skills.
5. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

A minimum of 7 years in managing system data migration and/or as a Business Analyst, including project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex transformation projects and projects across multiple Asia markets.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
