1. Ensure the accuracy and updating of the stone database, including technical, transactional, and compliance data within the ERP system.
2. Actively participate in the review and continuous improvement of data management methods to enhance operational efficiency and information reliability.
3. Orchestrate stock movements, manage stone allocations based on production needs, and oversee inter-site transfers.
4. Oversee the entire administrative process of the billing cycle, from invoice receipt to payment.
5. Serve as the daily operational interface with planning and logistics teams to anticipate alerts, resolve operational issues, and share flow tracking indicators.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in engineering school.
2. Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
4. Proactive mindset.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Strong interest in information systems, with knowledge of ERP systems being a plus.
3. Attraction to the jewelry and precious stones industry.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data management and operational processes is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
