1. Develop and maintain analytical dashboards with a focus on self-service, automation, and standardization.
2. Utilize Python to create data visualizations that effectively communicate analytical insights.
3. Coordinate the design and deployment of new KPIs and metrics as defined by the People Analytics team.
4. Assist and potentially lead projects that incorporate data analysis and identify areas for action.
5. Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics team to address complex hypotheses identified through reporting and insights.
6. Manage data governance by adhering to HR data principles and utilizing appropriate methods and tools for data management.
7. Familiarize with HRIS technology used within the organization.

1. Eligible to work in the UK.
2. Currently studying or graduated in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Python for web/software application development.
2. Attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
3. Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Interest in luxury fashion and understanding of the cultural nuances of working within a luxury house.
6. Knowledge of HRIS technologies is advantageous.

Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, PHP, or similar is beneficial.

A university undergraduate or graduate in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
