1. Support the team in managing VM & Events Allocations for each collection.
2. Consolidate event, opening, and window display needs to integrate priority rules into ERP systems.
3. Analyze delivery schedule changes to assist Visual Merchandising and Events teams in finding alternatives for necessary looks.
4. Communicate image needs to the global delivery and allocation leader to ensure proper global settings for event scale.
5. Manage product allocation for events and window displays, coordinating with distribution centers for logistical prioritization.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus.

No prior professional experience required, but a demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and supply chain management is preferred.

Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
