1. Coordinate between the outsourced Client Care center and Chanel teams including quality, retail, CRM, and product marketing to provide precise information and impeccable service to clients.
2. Monitor and update ongoing client cases using Salesforce, the tool employed by Client Care advisors.
3. Manage the reception of products for handling customer service requests in the Perfumes and Beauty division.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling quality by ensuring adherence to Chanel's established processes.
5. Prepare and lead weekly meetings with the service provider.
6. Update procedures to consistently optimize and personalize the client relationship.
7. Engage in strategic discussions to enhance service and processes.

1. Upcoming graduate from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.
2. Demonstrated rigor, responsiveness, and efficiency.
3. Recognized ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
4. Constant focus on optimization and pragmatic approach.

1. Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Aptitude for digital tools.
3. Flawless written French and strong command of English.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in customer service and luxury is essential.
