1. Respond to daily customer and prospect inquiries via phone and email, providing advice and information, and liaising with boutique teams to fulfill requests.
2. Ensure qualitative and quantitative follow-up of customer and prospect communications to guarantee optimal response times.
3. Master boutique procedures and uphold Chanel's standards for customer experience, including remote sales and after-sales service.
4. Identify sensitive cases and escalate them to the Customer Service Manager for Boutique Line.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
2. Previous experience in a similar role or within the retail sector.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
2. Recognized for organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in digital tools including office software, telephony, and applications.

A first experience in a similar role or in the retail industry is required.

Enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
