- Coordinate between the outsourced Client Care center and Chanel teams, including after-sales service, boutiques, retail teams, and product operations, to provide precise information and impeccable service to clients.
- Monitor and update ongoing client cases using Salesforce, the tool utilized by Client Care advisors.
- Update procedures to ensure constant optimization and personalization of client relations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling quality by upholding Chanel's established processes.
- Develop and construct a digital community dedicated to various activities to enhance process digitalization and communication facilitation.
- Coordinate client requests with other regions, primarily Asia and the US, to offer a worldwide service of excellence.
- Engage in global discussions on service and process improvement.
- Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.
- Demonstrates rigor, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Recognized for the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, constant optimization focus, and pragmatic approach.
- Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Aptitude for digital tools.
- Flawless written French and strong command of English.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury customer service is essential.
Pursuing a degree from a Business School or University.
