Chanel Customer Service Assistant Intern

- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
- Provide exceptional service to local and international clients during item deposits and pickups.
- Convert dissatisfied clients into loyal patrons through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance for various products.
- Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, overseeing dispatch to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
- Support minor in-store repairs.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in commerce or management.
- Previous experience in retail or management.
- Interest in fashion and the retail industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Competency in computer applications.
- Dynamic and meticulous with a strong service orientation.
Prior experience in retail sales, stock management, or general management is required.
Currently pursuing higher education in commerce or management.
