1. Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
2. Welcome local and international clients, ensuring a superior service experience during item deposits and collections.
3. Transform dissatisfied customers into loyal patrons through exceptional interpersonal skills.
4. Advise clients on appropriate care for various product types.
5. Participate in the operational management of customer service, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating shipments to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
6. Support minor in-store repairs.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program in business or management.
2. Previous experience in retail or management.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Dynamic and meticulous with a strong service orientation.

Previous experience in retail or stock management is required.

Currently pursuing higher education in business or management.
