Chanel Customer Service and Repair Assistant Intern

- Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily operations.
- Provide exceptional service to local and international clients during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance for various items.
- Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating with workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
- Support in performing minor repairs within the boutique.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in commerce or management.
- Previous experience in retail or management, such as sales or stock management.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and detail-oriented with a strong sense of service.
A minimum of one prior experience in retail or management is required.
Currently pursuing higher education in commerce or management.
