1. Deliver personalised, anticipatory service to a discerning clientele through in‑store interactions, private appointments and follow‑up communications.
2. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, meticulous record keeping and tailored product recommendations.
3. Achieve individual and store commercial objectives while adhering to Chanel’s standards for client experiences and service excellence.
4. Support visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure an environment consistent with brand identity and seasonal directives.
5. Manage CRM entries, appointment schedules and after‑sales care to optimise client retention and lifetime value.
6. Collaborate with store leadership, beauty/fashion specialists and boutique teams to coordinate events, launches and VIP servicing.
7. Resolve client inquiries and service issues with discretion, professionalism and a solution‑oriented approach.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or premium client‑facing roles, ideally within fashion, accessories or beauty.
2. Demonstrable clienteling and relationship‑building skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and repeat business.
3. High standards of presentation and professional conduct; impeccable attention to detail.
4. Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including evenings and weekends, and to attend client events.
5. Authorised to work in Denmark.

Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or a premium service environment with proven clienteling and sales performance.
