- Support the project management team on cross‑functional initiatives within Fragrance & Beauty, including product launches, marketing activations and operational rollouts.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (product, marketing, regulatory, supply chain, sales) to maintain timelines, deliverables and escalation protocols.
- Prepare project documentation: timelines, milestone trackers, status reports, risk registers and executive presentations.
- Monitor project KPIs and contribute to post‑launch analyses and continuous‑improvement actions.
- Organise and follow up on meetings, workshops and cross‑functional committees; ensure decisions and actions are recorded and tracked to closure.
- Contribute to budget follow‑up and vendor coordination as required by project scope.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance track).
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to planning and follow‑up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft concise status reports and executive slides.
- Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and to handle confidential commercial information with discretion.
- Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.

Previous internship experience (6–12 months) in project coordination, marketing operations or product development is desirable; proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and to assist with end‑to‑end project delivery.
Enrolled in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline, with eligibility for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
