Chanel CRM Projects and Clienteling Executive

- Develop and implement Clienteling tools and processes for the Fragrance and Beauty division.
- Support in-store processes and tools to enhance client recruitment and loyalty.
- Build strong relationships with UK business teams and IT for smooth tool functioning and user adoption.
- Provide comprehensive training and communication to embed Clienteling mindset in the Retail community.
- Create clear processes, frameworks, and client journeys to ensure effective Clienteling actions.
- Establish a Super User community among Retail stores for peer-to-peer learning and continuous improvement.
- Capture and refine enhancements for Clienteling tools, collaborating with stakeholders to meet project timelines.
- Conduct tool testing, identify bugs, and manage resolution with IT.
- Train Retail community on Clienteling tools and develop training content for internal digital channels.
- Analyze data to generate reports on Clienteling performance and share insights with the Retail community.
- Collaborate with the Retail team to maximize Clienteling visibility and adoption.
- Support the ongoing roadmap for Client projects and CRM to meet business needs.
- Ability to multitask and assess situations quickly with minimal supervision.
- Great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Competence in project coordination and digital software usage.
- Agile mindset and approach to work.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and iOS software.

Experience in project coordination and digital software usage within a retail or luxury environment is required.
