- Assist in maintaining and optimizing client databases to ensure data accuracy and effective segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Support the execution of personalized mailings and email campaigns using behavioral and transactional data.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the client base and improving retention metrics.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing loyalty program performance, including enrollment, engagement, and redemption rates.
- Provide insights to optimize loyalty initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators such as open rates, conversion rates, and engagement scores.
- Analyze client behavior and propose actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in client engagement initiatives, events, and activations aligned with Direct-to-Consumer objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Business, Digital, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Excellent command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, comfortable working independently.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in CRM or data analysis are advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Business, Digital, Data Analytics, or related field.
