- Analyze campaign performance using specific KPIs and propose optimization actions.
- Respond to ad hoc market requests and develop briefs respecting market constraints.
- Facilitate the CRM Europe community to guide markets in their animation plans.
- Monitor competitive landscape to identify CRM best practices and innovations.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Familiarity with digital customer-centric activations.
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy.

- Data analysis and interpretation to optimize CRM campaigns.
- Effective communication with international teams and markets.

Experience in managing operational projects related to customer engagement and CRM strategies is preferred.
