1. Assist in implementing clientele actions in collaboration with the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and business counterparts.
2. Support the operational execution of clientele activations, including email campaigns, digital and print materials.
3. Facilitate the adoption of retail clientele tools and coordinate with headquarters in Paris for system improvements.
4. Contribute to the deployment of new features on clientele tools.
5. Provide monthly KPIs on clientele activities, client listings, and ROI calculations.
6. Assist with ad-hoc queries related to events and marketing activities.
7. Ensure database growth and enrichment, maintaining data accuracy and quality.
8. Report duplicate profiles and establish dashboards for data monitoring.
9. Reconcile and link data from various databases to generate client insights.
10. Analyze client database and profiles to derive valuable insights.
11. Present data in a visually engaging manner to facilitate decision-making.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business

1. Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, index, match, VLOOKUP)
2. Familiarity with Power BI
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
6. Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background. Previous experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
